The programme
The Seven Rila Lakes sit in a cirque high above the treeline. In season a chairlift shortens the climb, and the guide sets the pace for the path between the lakes.
This is a fair-weather day. If the lift or the path is closed we propose Rila Monastery or another mountain walk instead.
